1. Pumpkin-Spice Latte Smoothie

For making this smoothie you will need these Ingredients

  • Pumpkin puree = ½ cup
  • Pitted dates = 3
  • Ice cubes = ½ cup
  • Fresh milk = ¼ cup
  • Coconut or MCT oil = 1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup = 1 tbsp
  • Strongly cold brewed coffee = ¼ cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice = 2 tsp
  • Hemp seeds = 2 tbsp

Pumpkin-Spice Latte Smoothie
