Method of preparation:

The method of preparation is very simple and easy. A wonderful thing about this tea is it is not time taking. So if you have busy routine then the preparation and usage of tea is trouble-free.

  • Take about 800 ml of water and boil it
  • After boiling remove water from heat
  • Add one cinnamon stick, three bay leaves and 1 tablespoon of green tea
  • Cover it and leave it for fifteen minutes

Take three cups of tea daily and make a routine of it. Take your first cup in the morning when your stomach is empty. Second cup after the breakfast and third cup in the evening just before going to bed. You will feel a difference just in a week. Daily three cups of this tea can help to lose your weight significantly almost seven to eight centimeters.
