It is basically a cocktail or mocktail that is consumed mostly in international countries. But it is getting much popular in Asian countries as well, it is easy recipe and cheap as well if we made it at home. Foreign people can drink it when it become fully chilled as well as mix it with small quantity of ice or vodka. It takes less time for preparing Spicy Frozen Bloody Marys. Here I am going to share ingredients and preparation method of Spicy Frozen Bloody Marys which are under below.
Yield: Serves: 2 (serving size: 1 1/2 cups)
Lemon juice = 2 tablespoons
Fresh tomatoes diced ripe, cored and seeded = 2 cups
Tomato juice = 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce = 1 teaspoon
Srisacha = 2 tablespoons
1 medium diced, seeded and peeled cucumber = 1 cup
Kosher salt = 1/2 teaspoon
Gin or vodka = 1/4 cup (2 oz)
Green olives and celery stick (for garnishing), if you like to use
1. Preparation timing of spicy frozen bloody marys is 18 minutes. Total time for making this slush is not more than 45 minutes.
2. First spread cucumber and tomatoes on baking sheet (rimmed) and freeze until it become just frozen for round about 45 minutes.
3. By using food processor, first you have to blend the frozen vegetables, salt, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and sriracha. Beat until it becomes a fine and soft slush and scraping the down sides of bowl for more minutes, if it is necessary. During process, if you realize that pieces are still in frozen form, leave the mixture for more five minutes at temperature of room and then try again.
4. Add gin or vodka on to the food process as well as blend them one more time. Now divide the mixture among two glasses. For garnishing, you have to use celery and olives and serve it with straws.
