How to loose 5 kgs in one week

Ingredients:

  • Juice of one lemon
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 32 ounces water

Method of Preparation:

1. Take thirty-two ounces of water and let it boil. You can use glass container also

2. When water is boiled then add ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp ginger powder, a pinch of cayenne pepper and juice of one lemon into the water

3. Turn off the stove and cover it

4. Let it stand for few minutes

5. Now stain it

6. Your tea is ready. Take about eight ounces four times in a day. You can take this tea in the morning when your stomach is empty then after the breakfast, in the afternoon and at night before going to bed. If you want fast result do not add honey or sugar to this tea.
