Ginger-Orange Immune Boosting Smoothie

This is a delicious and simple smoothie that the whole family will enjoy. It is a great way to keep your immune system strong, especially during cold and flu season! The orange gives you a nice boost of vitamin C while the pear provides you with fiber. Ginger has been shown to boost the immune system with it’s antiviral properties.
- 1 orange
- 1 pear, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 in freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Cup kefir
Add all ingredients to your blender. Process until the liquid is smooth.
