Chinese Cuisine: Chicken Stew with Rice and Vegetables

Chicken is used in versatility in the preparation of the dishes. In this dish chicken breast fillet is used in contrast of vegetable rice. It is such an amazing recipe in the nutritious point of view. It is a complete diet for your body.


  • A grain of sweet red pepper, green and yellow
  • One large green onions
  • 200 grams mushroom
  • 200 grams peas
  • 2 piece chicken breast fillet
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • Cashew or chestnut roast for garnish
  • Salt, anise crushed, crushed ginger, black pepper, a mixture of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, crushed together
  • Soy sauce, vinegar and lemon

Chicken Stew with Vegetables and Rice


Chicken preparation method:

1.  Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes.

2.  Soak the chicken for 5 hours in a solution of one teaspoon vinegar, one teaspoon lemon and two tablespoons soy sauce, ginger, black pepper, salt, few cloves, cardamom and cinnamon mixture.

Stews preparation method:

1.  Cut peppers into squares so that they are 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm (Be sure to provide a little of each grain of pepper for rice).

2.  Cut the carrots diagonally so that each piece takes the form of a slide almost oval length of 3 cm (Be sure to provide a little for rice).

3.  Green onions cut into sticks resembling sulfur sticks (Be sure to provide a little for rice).

4.  Mushrooms cut into strips (be sure to provide a little for rice).

5.  Fry the vegetables with a suitable amount of oil then put the salt, ginger, black pepper, a pinch of ground cloves and cardamom and cinnamon mixture.

6.  When vegetables are cooked (Make sure you do not wither) then place it in a colander.

7.  Fried chicken in a sufficient amount of oil until completely cooked then placed in a colander.

8.  Mixed vegetables and chicken – and if there is chestnut – together in a saucepan pot and put on the fire with a little boiling water.

Way to prepare rice:

1.  Wash rice and soak. .

2.  Put fine grated vegetables (very small pieces) corn and peas in sufficient quantity of oil and placed the same spices used for vegetable stews.

3.  After the vegetables are cooked place in a colander.

4.  Boil rice with little oil. After the rice is cooked it can be mixed with a small spoon of soy sauce just for taste.
