1. Barley Paratha
The ingredients of Barley Paratha are as follow
- Salt = as per your taste
- Barley flour = ¾ cup
- Olive oil (extra virgin) = 1
- Wheat flour = 2 tbsp
- Paste of ginger chili = 1 tsp
- Paste of garlic = 1 tsp
- Chopped onion = half
The method of making barley paratha is given below.
1. First chop the onion and make uncouth puree in mixer.
2. You can make dough by adding all ingredients which are mentioned above, oil ½ tsp and water.
3. Roll it one by one same like paratha.
4. Put pan on the medium flame and spread some oil in it and put one by one paratha in pan and cook them completely until it become light brown.
5. Enjoy it with chutney of mint leaves and coriander or the tomato sauce.
