You can literally deceive some significant amount of calories by just trading off your regular mayo to low-fat version. Low-fat version of mayonnaise can reduce the calories intake to more than 35% and reduces the fats up-to 3 to 5 grams per serving size. Low-fat mayonnaise comes in varieties and they tend to cut fats and calories to 1 gram and 15 gram respectively. 1 tbsp. of whole fat mayo contains 90 calories, while low-fat contains only 15 calories, falling from 90 to 15 is a massive reduction in calories and when it comes to lose weight, such small changes plays important role in a long run.

If your cholesterol is high, don’t listen to this author. She is recommending low fat Mayo? Really? Tons of dairy and fish? Is this the 1980’s we know better now. Please look up Dr Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr John McDougall, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr Michael Klaper or Dr Doug Lisle. They all have free content and lectures on youtube. Or watch them in the documentaries, Forks Over Knives or What the Health (both available on netflix).
All animal foods have cholesterol and saturated fats – even fish and chicken. Fish is full or mercury and other neurotoxins, and chicken and beef fat is what they pull out of your arteries if you were to have open heart surgery. Dairy, meat and eggs all help cancer grow, contribute to diabetes (the fat in them) and they all cause inflammation and autoimmune issues.
If you want some fats eat avocados or soak some cashews in h2o and then blend them with some lemon or other cool things for a yummy cream sauce.

Robin Kozelka, you’re advice is surely spot on. You do know what’s going on. and all the doctors you’ve mentioned are excellent and prime examples of truly living examples of health. Lean, strong, energetic and very focused in mind. Many years of experience and helping people off diseases like obesity, diabetics, heart disease and helpful even with arthritis. It takes changing your lifestyle for the better. Thanks for reminding me also, it’s an ever ongoing process.
